How to Cook Moong Dal Curry with Beans | పెసర పప్పు కూర | मूंग दाल की सब्जी | Recipe for Elderly

Recipe steps:

  1. Roast Moong Dal in Low Flame 1 Cup
  2. Add Roasted Moong Dal to Boiling Water 1 1/2 Cups
  3. Add Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Add Turmeric
  5. After Dal is half-cooked, add vegetables such as beans, tomato, and onion
  6. Add Salt
  7. Grind Green Chilies and Coriander and Mix with Dal (Low Flame)
  8. Add Tadka with Ghee to Dal
  9. Add Grated Fresh Coconut

Best served as a side dish, hot rice, and with rotis/chapatis. This recipe is good for senior citizens, the elderly, and kids, especially if they are sick. Both the young and the old will find the curry tasty and healthy 🙂
