How to Cook Moong Dal Curry with Beans | పెసర పప్పు కూర | मूंग दाल की सब्जी | Recipe for Elderly

Recipe steps:
- Roast Moong Dal in Low Flame 1 Cup
- Add Roasted Moong Dal to Boiling Water 1 1/2 Cups
- Add Oil 1 tbsp
- Add Turmeric
- After Dal is half-cooked, add vegetables such as beans, tomato, and onion
- Add Salt
- Grind Green Chilies and Coriander and Mix with Dal (Low Flame)
- Add Tadka with Ghee to Dal
- Add Grated Fresh Coconut
Best served as a side dish, hot rice, and with rotis/chapatis. This recipe is good for senior citizens, the elderly, and kids, especially if they are sick. Both the young and the old will find the curry tasty and healthy 🙂
